well i drink a total of 5 glasses of water a day 8 0z anyways i drank a full 8 0z glass of water around 9om exactly and just now at 11:15 pm ate crackers with warm milk and i wanted to know will drinking a glass of water 8 0z at 12 am give me water intoxication im a healthy 18 year old male
