I'm really depressed & scared?

Last night I was arrested for public intoxication & I've been on probation for about a year & a half for assaulting a cop, I have any where from 7 months to a year hanging over my head. I have to see my p.o wednesday & court in June. I was wondering if you think the judge would sentence me to my original sentence (7 months to a year) if I have been out of trouble this whole time & have made payments on my fines every month & am suppose to start college in August. If anyone could give me some insight, I'd appreciate it.
