Is Dale Jr getting in the way of Jimmie Johnson and the other Hendrick drivers?

It has been awful for the 48 team ever since they got put with the 88. I know the 48 is doing better in the points than he would of last year right now but he needs to be getting more wins before the chase. I think it is Jr that is getting in the way of the 48. They run almost the same set up every week and Jr is basically now running wherever the 48 is running. They are even starting right next to each other for tomorrows race. Rick Hendrick also tells Mark Martin, Jeff Gordon, and Jimmie Johnson to let Jr pass them when he is running behind them. As long as Jr stays in Hendrick none of the other drivers there will be able to win only unless Jr gets taken out in a race early. Rick and NASCAR wants him to win so bad now that they will pretty much do anything when coming down to the final laps. I do know all the Jr fans (basically everyone) are gonna flip out on me because of this question.
