12 oz of protein drink and 12 ounces of sprite will not be a problem. Drinking 20 ounces of water in 2.5 hours shouldn't be a problem either. When dehydrated many people drink that much. The protein drink requires some water to digest so I wouldn't credit the whole 12 ounces to my water count, maybe half. You can excrete one 32 of water an hour with out any problem if you are healthy. Water intoxication has some serious health risks, but I think you are ok.
