The other day I was having dinner by myself and had a little wine with it(2 glasses at very most). Three hours later, I swear it was this long, I had just received VERY upsetting news and decided on a whim to take a trip from LA to Santa Barbara. I did not feel any intoxication whatsoever at this point. I was devastated by the news I received which caused me to bawl my eyes out the entire way to SB. So I made it all the way to Santa Barbara and was pulled over for putting my blinker on too late before turning. The cop has me follow her finger, which I do fine. She has me get out of my vehicle and do all the sobriety tests. I walk the line and raise my foot and am completely competent throughout all of this. The male cop that is also there looks at her and says... she seems fine? And she kept looking at him to be the judge and he was like you're the one doing it? Anyway so then she asks if I will do the breathalyzer, which of course, I know that I am not drunk by any means, so I agree to. I end up blowing a .081. I am completely baffled and so is the male cop. The lady says I'm under arrest and puts me in her car. She then tells me I am allowed to do a blood test which I say I definitely want to do. I keep reading conflicting information about whether blood test will register lower BAC or not but my god I wasn't drunk it had been close to five hours since my wine at this point. So currently I am awaiting the results of the blood test and praying to jesus, buddah, just everybody that it comes back under .08. I am a full time college student that also works full time and I can't afford any of this or to tell my parents. The thought of them finding out causes me to want to immediately commit suicide. I would never be able to tell anyone this in real life. All I have been doing is researching everything there is to know about DUI cases/methods of suicide. If you had my parents you'd be in the same boat. I need help you guys please help me this is the worst thing that could've ever happened. I would never get in a car after being intoxicated.. So if my blood test comes back over .08, I'm opting for the Public Defender because like I said I work my constantly and all of my money goes to rent, food, gas and school. This wasn't a case of getting trashed at a club then jumping in my car without a second thought. I don't even party let alone hardly ever drink and I've never driven in the car with a drunk driver or been the driver. This was a situation where I rationally didn't at all suspect I was impaired by any means. I just turned 21 three months ago. I used to suffer from severe depression and it still creeps up on me once in a while and right now it's brought back all my suicidal thoughts. Please if you can help me or give me advice it could save my sanity and life.

Situation with friend and her husband?

Recently I went out with a close girlfriend who's husband is starting up a business. You really have to drink a ton to get water poisoning, usually people get it from water drinkng contests or because they are on drugs that make them feel super thirsty [ecstasy, etc] or have medical issues. Basically if you're healthy your body can probably process a liter of fluid an hour without giving you any problems. So unless you have kidney or other health problems you don't need to worry at all.

No... You're supposed to drink around 8 cups of water a day so half a cup won't kill you or make you sick... It takes ALOT, maybe a couple gallons within a few hours, also depending on if your excercising or dehydrated or whatever.

Hey there, I was wondering if it was just me who felt this way about my high school. Do you feel like the classes that graduated 3-5 years ago were so much better than the ones that are already there/coming up? I live in the south in a suburb of our capital city (not a great one) and a lot of the kids from that city come to our school because it's one of the best public schools in the state, which I have no problem with but a lot of the kids just totally lack respect for the teachers or any of the programs at the school, also I have noticed a lot of the girls coming up are a lot more skanky (I didn't know how to put that nicely..) I recently spoke to the courts and I can do a "deferred disposition" (without going to court) under which if I comply to all the rules in the 6 month probationary period my PI charge will not result in a conviction. After that, in the state of TX I am entitled to an expunction of the charge. Should I try this route or will it still carry all the negative consequences of a conviction. I am scheduled to start pilot training in 3 months so I would still be under the probationary period when I went to base. Nascar is a hard sport, it requires physical and mental skills. A driver can lose 10 pounds in one race. You have to pay attention to your car and make decisions that could make of break you. Last night my friend got a public intoxication charge in Pismo Beach and spent the night in San Luis Obispo County Jail. He is not a resident of SLO county or California for that matter. Probation violation and ordienence violation?

I had to go to court today for a public intoxication charge. It got dropped down to a ordinence violation. I didn't even see a judge over it, the prosecuter offered it before court even started. He said my charge wouldn't show up in gcic which is a criminal history database in georgia. I am in probation in a different city and county. I was wondering since this won't show up in my criminal history if it will be traceable by my probation officer in the other county. The prosecuter told me the citation would stay in there files, and the sherrifs office told me that the arrest wouldn't show in my criminal record since it was a ordinence violation. Please Help with Lsass.exe application error! Nothing works!?

Hello, I tried to boot up my laptop today and got this "lsass.exe application error - The application failed to initialize properly (0Xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application." I am pretty sure it is the Lsass.exe error and not the isass.exe error, but I am not 100%, the lowercase L and capital i seem the same to me. Anyway, I tried booting in Safe Mode, in Safe Mode with Command Prompt, and tried opening Task Manager like every other answer on this site and Google said to. However, I cannot even get to Task Manager! All my laptop does it pop up the error and revert back to the old original windows background from when I bought the computer (not even my current desktop image), The screen is like this for hours! Ctrl+ALT+DEL does not work, CTRL+Shfit+Esc does not work. I do not know how to run a registry cleaner or antivirus from my USB drive or SD Card without the start program! I do not even know how to run them from Task Manager. I cannot even GET to Task Manager! I tried putting a registry cleaner into my USB drive, but how do I load my USB drive from nothing? How do I even load it from Task Manager? (assuming I can even get Task Manager to ever work again). I cannot load the Windowx CD because it is a LAPTOP and has NO CD PORT! Please help! Border collies are amazing. Great herders and great for herding cows, horses, goats, and sheep. They will be your work partner and your very best friend. I'm not a big fan of rough collies. I know that persians are usually friendly but are extremely independent and aren't fond of being held. Abyssinians are great, as are American shorthairs. I know nothing about horses. Guinea pigs are cool. They're very social and usually love people, rather easy to care for. If you're going to get a guinea pig, you pretty much have to get two. Good choice on the rabbit. Lops are adorable and great rabbits. I personally have a Florida White and a broken Red Satin. Holland lops are great rabbits from the lop family and are a great choice for a first time rabbit...if this will be your first one. Having a farm takes a LOT of work and a lot of cleaning, tons of devotion, and tons of time. In the end, it's worth it.

No... You're supposed to drink around 8 cups of water a day so half a cup won't kill you or make you sick... It takes ALOT, maybe a couple gallons within a few hours, also depending on if your excercising or dehydrated or whatever.

Ok, so yeah. I drank about 3 to 5 bottles of water today. Not on purpose, just cause i wanted to. At around 1:00 i had one, then at 3:00 i had another one. Then at 7:15 i had one. Please Help Me!! Life and Death situation?

Ok so the other day I was having dinner by myself and had a little wine with it(2 glasses at very most). Three hours later, I swear it was this long, I had just received VERY upsetting news and decided on a whim to take a trip from LA to Santa Barbara. I did not feel any intoxication whatsoever at this point. I was devastated by the news I received which caused me to bawl my eyes out the entire way to SB. So I made it all the way to Santa Barbara and was pulled over for putting my blinker on too late before turning. The cop has me follow her finger, which I do fine. She has me get out of my vehicle and do all the sobriety tests. I walk the line and raise my foot and am completely competent throughout all of this. The male cop that is also there looks at her and says... she seems fine? And she kept looking at him to be the judge and he was like you're the one doing it? Anyway so then she asks if I will do the breathalyzer, which of course, I know that I am not drunk by any means, so I agree to. I end up blowing a .081. I am completely baffled and so is the male cop. The lady says I'm under arrest and puts me in her car. She then tells me I am allowed to do a blood test which I say I definitely want to do. I keep reading conflicting information about whether blood test will register lower BAC or not but my god I wasn't drunk it had been close to five hours since my wine at this point. So currently I am awaiting the results of the blood test and praying to jesus, buddah, just everybody that it comes back under .08. I am a full time college student that also works full time and I can't afford any of this or to tell my parents. The thought of them finding out causes me to want to immediately commit suicide. To be completely honest, if I get convicted, I will HAVE to kill myself...there will be no way out. All I have been doing is researching everything there is to know about DUI cases/methods of suicide. If you had my parents you'd be in the same boat. I need help you guys please help me this is the worst thing that could've ever happened. I would never get in a car after being intoxicated.. So if my blood test comes back over .08, I'm opting for the Public Defender because like I said I work my constantly and all of my money goes to rent, food, gas and school.
