What does this say about Pawlenty's choices and selection of staff-members?

It might say working for Pawlenty turns you into an alcoholic or birds of a feather stick together. Pawlenty might like his booze. The worst thing I have heard about Pawlenty is that he pardoned a pedophile so he could obtain a license to run a daycare center. He was later arrested for sexually abusing his own child over 100 times.
