I am a 14 years old Male weigh 121 Lbs and I am 5'0 feet tall. I go to school every day except for weekends I go to school from 8 Am to 3 Pm. I have gym at school and I shoot some hoops with my Friend for like 45 min. SOMETIMES when I come home from school I again shoot some hoops this time with my father because I love Basketball. So how much water should I be consuming a day? because I don't want to drink too much water and get water intoxication or be Dehydrated.
