I woke up at 8:30 slept again at 9:30?

No. Water intoxication comes from drinking large amounts of water. A few glasses is not going to give you water intoxication, you're supposed to drink like at least 6-8 glasses of water per day and more if you exercise. You really have to drink a ton to get water poisoning, usually people get it from water drinkng contests or because they are on drugs that make them feel super thirsty [ecstasy, etc] or have medical issues. Basically if you're healthy your body can probably process a liter of fluid an hour without giving you any problems. So unless you have kidney or other health problems you don't need to worry at all.
