You should be drinking 8 glasses of water MINIMUM a day. If you drink when you feel thirsty then you should be okay. Just stop every now and then and ask yourself if you're thirsty. It's easy to get distracted and forget to drink water. Lastly water intoxication is very had to do. If you're feeling like you are going to throw up after drinking 2 to 3 gallons of water then stop and lay down.
