How to bring my fiance back if we dont have children but are intending on getting married?

my fiance has been in the usa for 7 years illegally and has been caught 3 times for voluntar return has 2 dui charges that have been taken care of 1 time for public intoxication but we are planning on getting married when we get him back to the usa. we have no children due to i had to have a complete hysterectomy but has been raising my daughter with me for 4 years
