It's probably not enough for water intoxication, but it could be enough to wash out enough potassium to cause symptom. Taking in enough fluid to quench your thirst is usually safe. When you go beyond that is when you can get problems. Water intoxication is not a fun high, it's a lot more like being sick. So why do it? it has no beneficial effects.
