Employer Background Check - what date will show up?

I got arrested for a class A misdemeanor and then got put on probation.. 6 months into probation i stoped going/ paying and got violated. I moved out of the state for 1 full year, then moved back and turned myself in and did my time. My question is what date will show up on the background check? the date of the crime or 18 months later when i turned myself in for the probation violation? Also will class C misdemeanors such as public intoxications or minor in consumption show up? The state is Texas, and the job doing the background check is Walmart.
