Can the police arrest you after being admitted to the ER for Acute Alcohol Intoxication?

IDs aren't that expensive to make, credit cards can be cancelled no problem, but if you were in a contract replacing your phone might be kind of expensive. That's probably the only issue. IDK. You can't be arrested for public drunkenness in that situation. So you're okay. I guess.
