Can I join the Army or Navy if I had a bad police record, but now am a college graduate?

As far as I'm concerned, they don't really care if you graduated college. You must have graduated high school and a good Armed Service Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). And as long as you have a clean criminal record, you may be qualified to join. You should try talking to a recruiter or request information from the website.
