Can anyone tell me how I can get access to CCTV footage in California?

I was recently arrested in front of a bar for public intoxication and aggression towards bar bouncer. Id like to ask the bar owners of footage with me in it so I can take it to court and show that I was not aggressive neither belligerent. Can anyone tell me the process or if there is a fee to attain this footage? And if its possible, how will i acquire it, in what form and in how long? I have court on the 28th of this month and id like to take it with me to show the judge that i was falsely charged. Thanks in advance.
